Spacious, everything brand new, and very clean. Two bedrooms plus loft for extra sleeping area. One double and two queen-size beds. Sleeps six. One large bathroom. Large kitchen with all new appliances. Gas log fireplace, Three Color/Cable TVs and VCR, FREE local phone. We have chosen not to rent to groups with children. Non-smoking and no pets please.

Rates (in US Dollars): 
$100/night (up to 4 people) $15/additional person/night, two night minimum.
$600/week (up to 4 people) $15/additional person/night.  Special monthly rates available.
Since we are a single unit, payment in full is required to secure a reservation. Should a cancellation become necessary, we require two weeks notification for a full refund, less a $25 service fee.  Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
